I’m a Narrative and Creative Therapist offering a unique approach that blends traditional talk therapy with expressive arts. Through my Master’s research project, I developed Narrative Comic Strip Therapy (NCST)—an innovative method that combines storytelling with drawing to help you externalize challenges, gain new insights, and reclaim your voice.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a warm, grounded space for healing and growth. Now accepting new clients for in-person sessions in Woodstock, ON, and virtual sessions across Ontario.
My practice is rooted in narrative therapy and complemented by expressive arts — ideal for those who connect through words, images, or a mix of both. And don’t worry — stick figures, scribbles, and simple symbols are absolutely welcome!! Your drawings aren’t judged for artistic skill; they’re simply another way to give voice to your emotions and experiences.
Sessions are available in-person (Woodstock, Ontario) and virtually across the province.
Feel free to reach out—I’d love to connect and support you in your next chapter!
Warmly,
Christine J.C. Ellwood, R.S.W.
